It’s taken me time to truly understand what feels natural for me to teach — and how to authentically share what my own practice has revealed to me along the way.
My intention is to create a practice that is both relatable and thought-provoking. One that weaves together everything I’ve devoted my life to — movement, breath, music, and self-inquiry — and brings it into a space where others can explore it for themselves. When I teach, I feel a deep sense of passion, openness, and honesty. My practice is rooted in the philosophy of the 8 limbs of yoga, and it continues to reaffirm my belief that relatability is what makes yoga accessible.
By honouring the roots and traditions of yoga in my own life, I aim to guide others toward integrating these ancient — yet deeply practical — teachings into their everyday experience. Not as something distant or idealised, but as something lived, felt, and embodied.
I see myself as an evolving teacher, led by intention and curiosity. Through devotion and practice, I continue to explore how to honour the depth of yoga’s history while expressing it in a way that resonates in the here and now.
FLOW8 is where this has come together. It’s a space to breathe, to move, and to let go — together. A space where we arrive as we are, each carrying our own stories, our own weight, our own “suitcases.”
And maybe that’s the point. We are human. We are not perfect — and we were never meant to be.
But when we take the time to turn inward, to listen, and to reconnect with that inner teacher, something shifts. There is a freedom in that space. An acceptance. A quiet awakening. In FLOW8, we explore that together. We soften into it. We move with it. And somewhere along the way… we begin to feel at home.
My door is always open.
